About me

  • I started my career working directly with small business owners, which gave me an early, honest view of what running a company actually looks like: limited time, limited resources, and constant pressure to make the right calls fast. From there, I moved into startups, agencies, and founder-led teams, working as a hands-on operator across sales, marketing, and revenue operations.

    I’ve since stepped in as a fractional revenue and growth operator for teams like Insured Nomads, Remote Rebellion, and Highkey Agency. My work spans supporting active selling periods, managing pipelines, producing reporting and insights, leading content execution, and building the systems that keep growth moving, including clean workflows and foundations that allow AI and automation to work properly and meaningfully improve efficiency.

    At the core, I help founders create leverage without burning themselves out. I work as an extension of the founder, taking on execution that requires context, judgment, and follow-through so the business can keep moving even when time is tight.
